For recurring monthly services, including but not limited to academic tutoring, mentoring, guidance programs, workforce readiness initiatives, coaching, training, and development programs, payment must be received on or before the 9th day of each calendar month for services to be provided during that month.

No services shall be deemed confirmed until payment has been successfully received and processed.

6.2 Payment Obligations

By enrolling in any paid program or service, users agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, taxes, and related costs communicated by NEXTSTEP.

Payments may be made through approved banking channels, payment gateways, UPI, online transfer methods, or other authorized payment methods.

6.3 Late Payments

Failure to pay fees by the applicable due date may result in:

• Suspension of services;
• Denial of access to classes or sessions;
• Cancellation of participation;
• Restriction of access to learning resources;
• Removal from scheduled programs or activities.

NEXTSTEP shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, academic impact, or missed opportunity resulting from service suspension due to non-payment.

7.1 All Payments are Final

All payments made to NEXTSTEP, including but not limited to:

• Registration fees;
• Program fees;
• Mentoring fees;
• Tutoring fees;
• Training fees;
• Counseling fees;
• Internship facilitation fees;
• Administrative fees;
• Workshop fees;
• Event fees;

are final, irrevocable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

7.2 No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

No refund, reimbursement, adjustment, credit, chargeback, or partial refund shall be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind;
• Personal circumstances;
• Withdrawal from participation;
• Failure to attend sessions;
• Partial attendance;
• Missed classes;
• Scheduling conflicts;
• Dissatisfaction with services;
• Relocation;
• Medical conditions;
• Internet connectivity issues on the participant's side;
• Academic outcomes;
• Internship outcomes;
• Employment outcomes;
• Scholarship outcomes;
• Admission outcomes;
• Force majeure events.

7.3 Participant Withdrawal

A participant may discontinue participation at any time; however, such withdrawal shall not create any right to a refund, reimbursement, adjustment, transfer, or credit.

7.4 Program Modifications

NEXTSTEP reserves the right to modify schedules, trainers, mentors, delivery methods, session timings, course structures, learning resources, or platforms where reasonably necessary.

Such modifications shall not entitle participants to refunds or compensation, subject to applicable law.

All content available through the website, including but not limited to:

• Text;
• Graphics;
• Logos;
• Videos;
• Documents;
• Course materials;
• Study resources;
• Assessments;
• Training content;
• Branding;
• Software and website design;

is owned by or licensed to NEXTSTEP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, share, sell, license, or otherwise exploit such content without prior written permission.

Users shall not:
